1. Acidity

Nowadays, Acidity is a common disease. It is a symptom caused due to over secretion of acid in the stomach, which helps to digest the food. It is known as Amlapitta in Ayurveda. The main cause of Amlapitta is improper diet habits and schedule, indigestion, excess drinking of water, etc. Amlapitta Vyadhi itself is an indication of improper digestion and may associate with many other diseases.
